Users are fully responsible for the safety and management of their own private MultiversX wallets and for validating all transactions and contracts generated by this website before approval. Furthermore, as the EAPES smart contract operates on the MultiversX network, there is no ability to undo, reverse, or restore any transactions.

This website and its connected services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. By using this website, you accept sole responsibility for any and all transactions involving EAPES digital collectibles.

Ownership.

i. You Own the NFT.
Each EAPES is an NFT on the MultiversX blockchain. When you purchase an NFT, you fully own the underlying EAPES artwork. Ownership of the NFT is entirely facilitated by the Smart Contract and the MultiversX Network. At no point may we seize, freeze, or modify the ownership of any EAPES.

ii. Personal Use.
Subject to your continued compliance with these Terms, EAPES grants you a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, and display the purchased artwork, along with any extensions that you create or use, solely for the following purposes: (i) for your own personal, non-commercial use; (ii) as part of a marketplace that allows the purchase and sale of your EAPES/NFT, provided that the marketplace cryptographically verifies each EAPES owner's rights to display the artwork for their EAPES, ensuring that only the actual owner can display the artwork; or (iii) as part of a third-party website or application that allows the inclusion, involvement, or participation of your EAPES, provided that the website/application cryptographically verifies each EAPES owner's rights to display the artwork for EAPES, ensuring that only the actual owner can display the artwork, and provided that the artwork is no longer visible once the owner of the EAPES leaves the website/application.

iii. Commercial Use.
Subject to your continued compliance with these Terms, EAPES grants you an unlimited, worldwide license to use, copy, and display the purchased artwork for the purpose of creating derivative works based on the artwork ("Commercial Use"). Examples of such Commercial Use would include using the artwork to produce and sell merchandise products (such as T-shirts) displaying copies of the artwork. It is important to note that this section does not restrict you from (i) owning or operating a marketplace that allows the use and sale of EAPES in general, provided that the marketplace cryptographically verifies each EAPES owner's rights to display the artwork for their EAPES, ensuring that only the actual owner can display the artwork; (ii) owning or operating a third-party website or application that allows the inclusion, involvement, or participation of EAPES in general, provided that the third-party website or application cryptographically verifies each EAPES owner's rights to display the artwork for their EAPES, ensuring that only the actual owner can display the artwork, and provided that the artwork is no longer visible once the owner of the purchased EAPES leaves the website/application; or (iii) earning revenue from any of the aforementioned activities.
